Tulip Project

To culminate the Red Ribbon activities this year, students planted tulip bulbs to create a United States flag and a Texas flag . Each child planted and covered at least one tulip bulb.

Throughout fall, winter and spring, students will be watching the tulip beds. They will be “tiptoeing” into the areas to check for weeds and shoots. In caring for their tulip beds,  they will be more aware that caring for people, animals, and plants help our world to be more functional.
