    Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from North Texas State University (University of North Texas)

Years of Experience:  
    After graduation, I taught one summer session of Head Start in Dallas.
    Four years of teaching fourth grade in Dallas ISD, followed by three years of teaching first grade
    Three years of substituting in all elementary grades, public and private in Waxahachie
    Starting my  twenty-first year in Waxahachie: one year in Kindergarten, one year in fifth grade, and the other years in first grade at Wilemon, Marvin, and Northside 

Additional Information:
    Graduate hours from East Texas State University (Texas A&M at Commerce) and Texas Women's University
    Professional credits to teach Talented and Gifted classes since 1998
    Yearly updates of courses in Early Literacy and Technology
