Medications

   All medications brought to school, including over the counter medicines, must be in the original container with a signed parental permission note.

 Any prescription medication must have the prescription label on it showing the child's name, medication name, dosage, and instructions for proper use of the medication.  If prescription medication will be administered during school hours by the nursing staff,  a medication administration form must be signed and on file in the nursing office.

All medications must be in-date (not expired) and have a current prescription date (less than 1 year from issue) in order for them to be dispensed at school.
